Hiring Of Hall For Private Functions
When not in use for bowls activity, our clubhouse is available for hire for private functions for up to 70 people. Birthday parties, baby showers, wakes, karaoke, corporate events, workshops or training courses are just examples of events we have previously hosted. We are very flexible and go out of our way to accommodate your requirements. Unlike most, we only charge per hour for the actual event. Decorating and setting up by yourselves prior to the event and cleaning up after the event are not charged as additional hours.
BAR
We have a well stocked fully licensed bar.
Your exact requirements will be discussed prior to the event and if we don’t stock certain items, we will endeavour to source for you.
Please be aware that you CANNOT bring your own alcohol to an event.
Our bar prices are very competitive.
EVENTS
The hall can be booked for Birthdays, Wakes, baby showers, or any other social gathering you wish to host. These can be during the day or evenings on a Saturday.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate 18th / 21st Birthday parties unless a responsible adult is in attendance to oversee and take responsibility for guests.
OTHER
We are happy to host your corporate team building day. During the summer months, we can provide bowls for your guests to have a go at bowls.
We also have a ceiling mounted projector and microphone that can be set up on request.
We will be on hand to assist and if required, organise competitions for you.
- The price includes hire of the hall, bar, kitchen facilities, sound system and toilets. Unless a bowling event, patrons are asked to keep off the green for the duration of the event.
- Decorating and setting up prior to the event and cleaning up after the event are not charged.
- We require a £70 deposit to secure your booking.
